Beside sharing tips and tricks to a simple GOOD life, Peggy is an entrepreneur celebrating 18 years of business ownership in the beautiful California Bay Area. PBW Consulting is boutique Human Resource outsourcing firm for small business owners brave enough to create jobs and practice their craft. Peggy is a speaker, started public speaking as a childhood hobby as a member of the youth National Speakers Association and today continues to follow that passion public speaking for various area non profits supporting domestic violence shelters, self-care and wellness as well as corporate team building and workplace compliance.
Prior to starting PBW Consulting, Peggy managed Strategic HRBP service and Recruiting for an outsourced HRO in the SF Bay area, focusing on the small and mid-sized business owners. Prior to that, Peggy worked as an independent HR consultant for the EEOC overseeing Fortune 500 acquisitions and venture capital firms in the US and UK, as well as working with the Western Hockey League in Canada. Early on in her career, she was instrumental in starting and managing a private consulting firm, specializing in employee retention and recruiting.
With an undergrad in Political Science and a gradutate degree in Orgnizational Development and Human Behavior Peggy has a unique background and perspective in life.
Peggy is happily married, the proud mother of two adult sons who feel more like her best friends, she lives with her family in the shadow of the Sierra Foothills in Californias Gold Country. Peggy is a baseball fanatic, PBR Teams fan, and a once avid surfer turned paddleboarder, she and her entire family enjoy participating in all things camping and the outdoors. Proud supporter of our US Military Veterans and Active Duty Military and their families.
